Three suspects WHO had been in remission in connection with Riverside terror attack have been unfettered.
According to a call by a Nyeri Court, the 3 were unfettered on grounds that the Anti-Terror Police Unit (ATPU) lacked enough proof
ATPU reportedly closed the files for the 3 suspects explaining that the probe failed to reveal any offenses nor links to the attack.
The 3 enclosed Abdul Kibiringi, James Mwai and Habiba Hunshur.
They had been arraigned in court on Monday in reference to the attack and ordered to pay 5 days in Police custody as investigators sought-after to get their decision logs.
They were in remission on Friday last week over claims that initial investigations coupled them with different suspects within the terror attack that claimed twenty-one lives.
“Police ar looking forward to decision logs information to end the investigations,” expressed ATPU Constable Newton Mwangi at the time.
