Kenya Television Service (KTS) is a Digital TV station, a directorate of Moi University, Kenya, formally launched on 1st October 2014. KTS is hosted by Signet; available on GoTV, StarTimes, Bamba and all Kenyan Digital TV Distribution Platforms.
Our tagline ‘DRIVING CHANGE’ resonates with our purpose to Produce and Broadcast quality content that aims to influence social and economic sectors within the society. KTS operates from two station centres; Eldoret and Nairobi. Our headquarters are located in Moi University -Main Campus Administration Block, where all the transmission, news broadcasting and technical operations take place.
Our Nairobi Office is located at The Bazaar Plaza, 6th and 10th floor, where News collection, Feature and program production is done. The Station in Nairobi has correspondents in several counties including Mombasa, Meru, Embu, Nakuru and Kisumu.
KTS is dedicated to give to viewers, authoritative news as well as informative and entertaining content; all round the clock.
Our Mission is to revolutionize the television world into a broad expanse of possibilities.
Our vision is to be the television station of choice for any one between the ages of 18- 40.
In a bid to thoroughly break down our target audience the following subjects are samples of this stratification. Note, that the characters are real and contribute therefore to the production content, style and programming of the station.
